ASPEC Search Filter is a powerful tool for drilling data. It allows to search on criteria related to multiple record types. For example, IBOs can be filtered on conditions in Accounts, Contacts Products, Owners.
Often users search on only specific record types and would like to have relevant criteria at the top of the Filter widget. For example, users usually search IBOs based on Product and Account criteria and would like to have these options of the top of the Filter. Other search widgets should be in the lower part of the Filter.
ASPEC Adminstrators can configure the sequence of each search widget in the Customize/Global Filter setup page. Use “hamburger” buttons (1) to drag search widgets to change the sequence in which they appear in each view.
This configuration applies to all ASPEC users in your Organization.
