Clicking Service takes ASPEC users to the Service module.
The service tab is divided into Instruments, Requests, and Orders.

Clicking Devices, Requests and Orders displays sortable and searchable lists. You can also save your search filter settings for future use.

When in Service module, you can search on the following record types:
Devices:
Device, Contacts, Accounts
For example, users can search for Devices for Contacts in Chicago and Accounts where the Industry Type is Education.
Requests:
Device, Request, Accounts and Contacts
Orders:
Orders, Requests, Devices, Accounts and Contacts
This listview displays rows of data, based on the Filter. Usually, users do not want to look at all records. Please read this post about filters, exports and reports.
